Just in time for spooky season! Create your own Halloween-inspired succulent terrarium in this hands-on horticultural art project taught by our very own Selby Gardens' Horticulturist. Learn how to layer botanical material to create a mini-ecosystem, and what it takes to maintain the enclosed environment to keep your plants thriving. You will take home a finished piece that will be the talk of your Halloween party! This workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
- Children aged 12+ with a demonstrated interest in plants welcome.
- General admission is included in the course fee. We encourage you to stay and enjoy the Gardens after class.
- All horticultural materials and tools for this workshop are included in tuition.
- You will be working with live plants, soil, and hand tools - feel free to bring a favorite pair of gardening gloves or hand pruners.
