In the peaceful and inspiring surroundings of Selby Gardens Downtown Sarasota Campus, discover the joy of intuitive painting, a soulful creative experience where you’ll explore self-expression without judgment or rules. In this class, you’ll learn to let go, get out of your head, trust your instincts, and allow color and movement to flow freely onto the canvas.  

No experience is needed—just a willingness to connect with yourself, embrace mystery, enjoy the process, and uncover hidden messages within your art. Through guided techniques that help you tap into flow, you'll access your intuition and create from a place of freedom and authenticity. Come paint, release, and be inspired in a supportive, uplifting space! 

• General admission is included in the course fee. We encourage you to stay and enjoy the Gardens after class.  
• All materials and supplies for this workshop are included in the tuition. If you have your own preferred materials, you are welcome to bring them. 
• You may spend time both indoors and outdoors. Please check the weather and wear or bring any items you will need to be comfortable in an outdoor setting.
