Together we will create a botanical garden unlike any other—one that will serve as an international model and inspire millions of visitors.

 

Phase Two of the Master Plan

 

  • Continues to preserve the legacy of our founder, Marie Selby, who envisioned a botanical garden in the heart of Sarasota “for the enjoyment of the general public”
  • A hurricane-resilient, sustainable Conservatory Complex to house and protect Selby Gardens’ world-renowned living collections, with increased accessibility to the public within an immersive botanical experience
  • A Learning Pavilion, which will offer expanded capacity for school programs and enhance indoor and outdoor classroom space for children and adults
  • Expanded Garden features including a Taras Stone Garden, Live Oak Grove, and improved walkways and pathways
