September 28: Show Me the Honey! September is National Honey Month! BEE amazed by the secret lives inside the hives as we learn about honeybee home life, and the important work bees do to help us grow our favorite fruits and vegetables. We'll meet a local beekeeper and try different kinds of honey, too!

at Historic Spanish Point
Celebrate the seasons and foods from Florida at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Historic Spanish Point campus! In this family-friendly program, children and their grown-ups will sample local foods and drinks as they discover the history, science and stories surrounding them. Geared for elementary school age children (ages 6-10).
Registration is limited to 30 people. Ticket prices include admission for the day to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Historic Spanish Point Campus.
Adults must be accompanied by at least one child.
